State agencies call on water managers to promote water conservation

With California experiencing its second consecutive dry year, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board), and the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) called on local and regional water suppliers to increase conservation efforts and develop a contingency plan.
